When a mother takes her child for a visit at the doctor's office, the child protests, "But I'm not sick!" Thanks to a wise mother and a kind doctor who explains the entire process, the child enjoys the visit and looks forward to the next well child checkup.
This cheerfully illustrated book is a perfect way for parents, teachers, and caregivers to show children ages 4-10 that a visit to their healthcare provider does not have to be scary, nor do they have to wait until they are sick.
