Zen Buddhism is an experience, not a dogma, and an experience that transcends the limits of the rational mind to enter the supra-rational realm of our consciousness. Through words, Zen creates a sense of existential silence from which all words arise. At the same time, it sheds light on many internal barriers that hinder growth and self-realisation.
