Are you a Christian and struggling to find peace and rest?
We often try to live independently. We map out careful plans, work hard to follow them exactly, and expect the results we want. When those plans fall short, disappointment sets in. We push harder. Frustration grows. Stress builds. Over time the weight of that cycle leaves us drained and weary.
But Jesus offered another way. He invited us to bring Him our burdens and promised to give us rest. He does not lie. Peace is available.
The way forward is not more striving. It is learning to live in this world without being controlled by it—abiding in Him. Remaining connected to the One who is our peace.
There’s Peace in the Bible and Jesus’ Words is a gentle word bath of Scripture focused on peace, hope, and strength. Think of it as a warm shower for the soul. As the verses wash over you again and again, they begin to settle deep inside. God’s Word is living. It is meant to be received, repeated, and allowed to work. Filling yourself with His promises is one of the ways His power becomes real in daily life. Some verses will steady your confidence. Others will remind you who your God is. Still others will restore hope. Expect the Spirit to speak as you listen.
If you are ready to stop striving and start abiding, take a slow breath in… and out… and turn your attention to His Word.
May the Lord bless you with His peace and joy.
If this message has already been a blessing to you, would you consider leaving a five-star review? It helps others who are searching for the same rest find their way here.
