This is a story of a lost baby eagle that found herself in the midst of chicks. Her chicks' family discriminated against her and treated her unfairly, and she wondered why; until the fateful day when her identity was mysteriously revealed through a mirrored image in a water bowl. Read to find out what happened to the little eagle, and the chicks' part in the drama.
The moral lesson teaches children to be kind, and to be respectful of others. Everyone deserves to be loved even when they appear or act differently from the norm. Learn to appreciate what you have, cherish those around you.
Don't be too comfortable where you are, strive for more. This story is designed to boost children's self-esteem. And for them to understand, they are valued and everyone else is equally important.
