"Dried herbs, smoke and dark fruit aromas on the nose with violet floral touches too. Smooth and full of juice, lifted and lively. Still quite tense and a bit reserved though, not austere as such, but there's a smoky, tobacco edge that comes in after the initial burst which detracts slightly from the fruit at this point. This just needs some more time to come together."
93pts, Georgina Hindle, Decanter.
