"Tobacco, liquorice - a dark, seriously spiced nose. Round and suave, tannins are gorgeously textured, silky smooth but still with bite from the acidity. Bright acidity and really pristine fruit gives a sense of tension while the structure does the rest of the talking. Great wine in the making here. Characterful and confident, there's power which I love but it's so balanced and still with the acidity that makes you reach for another glass."
96pts, Georgina Hindle, Decanter.
