"Ripe strawberry and fragrant cherries on the nose. Quite compact and tense in the mouth, tannins coiled up with a rich, dark fruit and chocolate core. Nice structure, there's intensity and grip but with juicy acidity. Feels well made if a little pent up right now. Mint, clove and cinnamon on the finish. A good, clean, drinkable example."
93pts, Georgina Hindle, Decanter.
