"Silky smooth and full of juice energy but still with tannic grip and a mouth-filling texture. I like this a lot, feels serious but so well balanced. Still not showing its full potential, somewhat closed and a bit timid but the tannins are wonderful, fruit is pristine and there's a lovely sense of easy enjoyment. Well constructed with liquorice, slate and chocolate on the finish."
93pts, Georgina Hindle, Decanter.
