"Dark fruit aromatics, heady, fragrant bramble fruit. Zingy and alive, this has an initial bounce and buzz from the acidity but then the structure comes in adding weight and texture. Great balance between soft power and concentration and drinkability. I love the stony-edged tannins, mineral bite on the finish but still so fruity and layered with touches of liquorice and tobacco. Yum. Quite a serious second wine I'd say."
93pts, Georgina Hindle, Decanter.
