"Dark, fragrant blackcurrants on the nose, some herbal and also floral touches too. Lots going on aromatically. Purity is there from the get go, this is a lovely, soft but still imposing wine with plenty of juicy acidity and ripe, red fruits. There's something really joyful about this wine but still has gravitas too. Strawberries, raspberries and even some cranberry crunch - this is all about energy, focus, brightness and zing. Excellent stuff. 25-30% new oak. 3.62pH."
93pts, Georgina Hindle, Decanter.
