Snappy Pinot Gris sourced from vineyards in Oliver and Osoyoos. On the nose we are met with minerality in the form of slate and gravel, followed by peach orchard. The palate shows hints of lavender, sweetgrass, fresh minerality, lime, Meyer lemon, and yellow plums. The mouthfeel has bright acidity, a lean body, and a lasting finish.
