Produced by Edradour, Scotland's smallest whisky distillery, this whisky is distilled in copper pot stills and matured in oak casks without artificial colours. The peaty, nutty nose shows notes of caramel, and opens up to licorice and blackberry on the palate, then finishes with bread dough and sharp cheese.
