A mixed-up, worn out warehouse worker in bizarre Old Town finds himself on an absurd path when forming a band with one hitch - a one year time limit.
"I swear it's this twisted town that does it to me. Another year, another fork in the road. Living two lives - break my back and break my brain. Join a band? For me that's as easy as hard gets. Sure, join a band, but only for a year. Gotta end it before the implosion, the unravelling, the inevitable annihilation. Before...what always happens to me."
"Harvey, by the way. I'm a musician...I think."
