While delving into the library, Ephraim stumbles upon mysterious records about the 'Shadow Wolf' and is subsequently invited to Paris by Adele. In Paris, they are caught in a crisis caused by a mysterious obsidian wolf sculpture, and Ephraim is eroded by the curse of the shadows. To lift the curse, Ephraim, Adele and Colette set off on a difficult journey to find the Moon Flower. They encounter many challenges on their journey, including attacks by mysterious creatures in the mountains, threats from ghosts and spiders in underground caves, obstruction by the plots of the black-robed people, as well as various magical puzzles and traps. With the help of the mysterious blue-skinned creature, they successfully obtained the Moon Flower, defeated the master of shadows, redeemed themselves, and averted a potentially huge crisis in the world.
