Tammy Buzzetti is business owner, wife, mother and volunteer who loves to cook. Living in a ranching community at the base of the majestic Ruby Mountains, where it's a 10-mile drive to the nearest grocery store, she's learned to improvise meals with whatever ingredients are on hand. Motivated by family and friends who always ask for recipes, she's created a cookbook for the people she loves and every recipe has a story, family member, or tradition behind it. These flexible recipes can be made exactly as written, or adjusted to what's in your pantry. "Either way, I know it will turn out amazing and before you know it, your family will be asking you for the recipes. I love preparing these recipes for my family and friends. I hope you love doing the same."
