As I Remember is a personal treasure for me and it can be for you too. You are given the secret to fighting the detrimental effects of Alzheimer’s disease. The secret is to remember. Remember everything about your loved one that will help you to recall the days before Alzheimer’s. As I remember, I challenge you to remember. I left you space at the end of my journal to record the special moments that you will remember. As you remember and are reading back over what you wrote, you will discover that you have created your own treasure.
