Anxiety is an unpleasant feeling that can be normal and necessary when facing some stressful situations like challenges, medical blood tests, new unexpected events. When happening earlier in life, intense, very frequent, or with other symptoms, it becomes abnormal, and could be associated to many mental disorders. The objective of this book is to expose the different abnormal anxieties types with related causes, using drawings made by the patients themselves with permission, to fulfill our purpose.
