In trying to unlock the technological breakthrough in learning new languages, Jim finds that his altruistic endeavor is being viewed as a military weapon. Although he and his team are cautious, Jim ends up falling into the wrong hands with his Ante-Babel Device (ABD). The clandestine world is alive and well and trying to get their hands on the ABD.
