This book, chronicles the journey of a young woman who began her professional life as a teacher, in a village in south Trinidad, during an era of change, a time when the status quo was being questioned and challenged internationally. It is written through the eyes of someone who was a child of the Black Power Revolution in Trinidad and Tobago which impacted the lives of many young people of that era. Her search for truth led to her becoming involved in a clandestine revolutionary group, the National United Freedom Fighters, comprising young people of like mind who were waging a class struggle against capitalism and imperialism. It tells of the inspiration she drew from the leadership and moral direction of many outstanding global Freedom Fighters. It relates how Andrea became involved in the largest bank robbery in the history of Trinidad and Tobago, of her life on the run, her capture and imprisonment. It describes her periods of heightened spiritual awareness, her becoming a Medical Social Worker and her conversion. This journey has been documented by the author with the hope that it would shine some light on the darkness of these end times.
