When a young man gets home one evening after work to find his home flooded out by a burst pipe he accepts an offer of a bed for the night from the divorcee next door. He's always viewed the older woman as just a friendly neighbor, but revises that opinion when he goes into the bathroom to find her panties hanging on a line.
