Imām ʿAlī (as) said: "I command you and all my children and members of my family and whoever my letter reaches to fear God (have taqwā), keep your affairs in order , and maintain good relations among yourselves." This text aims to convey Imām Jaʿfar al-Ṣādiq's (as) advice on effective management and leadership. He emphasized the importance of prioritizing critical matters without neglecting minor ones, comparing this balance to managing a river's flow to avoid overflow. He highlighted the need for effective delegation, daily planning and review, rewarding good work, and consulting advisors for well-considered decisions, as well as the importance of disciplining negligence.
