Working as a warehouse manager is Grant Marshall's 9 - 5 while he works toward his dream of owning his own personal training business. His childhood best friend, Penelope "Poppy" Hathaway, has recently interviewed for a promotion that will take her far from home. When their high school reunion comes around, Poppy surprises Grant by showing up unannounced at his home, dress in hand. What starts as a friendly weekend together turns into something more. Feelings from years ago come to the surface, challenging each of them to choose what's important right now.
