Alum Sandalwood longs to be invisible and live a quiet life, but his plan goes awry when he is assigned an exceptional trainee granter. Zabrina Itchplant's magic is illegal and, quite frankly, impossible. Her over enthusiastic need to pass her exam forces her bearded examiner into a glittery dress. Worse still, he is SEEN. It might be amusing if the child doing the seeing is as cute and innocent as her file had led them to believe. The hungry look in her eyes warns of something quite different. Alum's expertise, Zabrina's powers and that child, spells peril for both worlds.
*****
Alum and Zabrina's Wish Gone Wrong is a fairy story with a difference. Mystery, murder and mobsters are all part of this tale. Perfect for reading aloud in a classroom, together as a family or curled up in a cosy spot all by yourself. A story for both adults and children.
