All Fine in the Floating World: The Collected Poetry of Miriam Pederson contains 52 years of Miriam Pederson's poetry, exploring themes of nature, family, relationships, and spirituality, as well as poems that were written for the collaborative exhibitions of her poetry and her husband, Ron's, sculptures. Miriam's poems urge us to relish the simple moments of life, to acknowledge and face pain and loss, and to celebrate beauty and hope. Reflecting a deep and quiet faith, the poems offer wisdom about how to live "lovingly and well." Luminous in the rendering of ordinary details, the poems invite us to be present to our life, to others, and to the world around us. We are called to pay attention to each precious moment.
