When a swarm of aliens quietly descend on an American mall, shoppers expecting another average day find themselves trapped in some cosmic experiment. The invaders didn't come for conquest but for study, dissecting human rituals of consumption, desire, and despair. They were just trying to blend in while on the outside the military prepared for war. Aliens @ the Mall is a transgressive parable of captivity and spectacle, where invasion feels like revelation, and the familiar spaces of American life turn suddenly strange, unlivable, and seething with tension.
