Best friends, Luke and Matt, have been inseparable since primary school and now, after twelve long years of schooling, the end of those school years are finally within sight. All that is left to do now is make it through the night of the school formal, before starting their final exams.
So what will the night bring for the boys and their group of friends? What secrets are about to be exposed? How will they, their families and their friends all react to the events that are about to unfold? And what will they discover about themselves . . . about each other . . . and about life?
After We Danced is the first in the Seachange series of stories written by Australian author, Mark Peters, which follow the trials and tribulations faced by best mates, Luke and Matt, along with their families and their friends, as they begin to navigate new relationships, the difficult transition from high school life to adulthood and all the challenges that this presents.
The author of more than a dozen stories, all having only been published previously online at Mark's own website(www.ponyboysplace.com) and other well known sites, Mark has frequently received requests for printed versions of his stories to be made available. Finally, Mark has agreed to publish these stories.
