Your pastor may be heading for a mental crisis. The mental health of pastors can be fragile, at best. Many pastors suffer from emotional exhaustion leading to depersonalization, resulting in the lack of personal accomplishment. Subjective and ambiguous job expectations cause many to fail and leave the ministry. What if that could be changed? What if there was a way that church members intentionally found ways to increase the Positive Mental Health of their pastor? This is possible! Affirmed: Building the Positive Mental Health of Your Pastor will give church members the tools and strategies to help their pastor. Working together, church members can help create a flourishing and healthy church.
