Cameron, Victoria) invited Mr. J. L. Morris, Counsel promoting the Bill, to name some gentleman to address the Committee in favour of the Bill. Mr. Morris named the Very Rev. Principal Grant, of Queen's College, Kingston, and the Committee. Signified its pleasure that he should be heard.
