The purpose of this guide is to create a quick reference to Institutional Review Board (IRB) submission for Air Command and Staff College (ACSC) students. The challenge that most students face who are interested in doing research at ACSC is that there is no on-site IRB. In order to submit an IRB for research consideration, there are many factors that will need to be considered.
