A Strategic Blueprint for Achieving Advisory Organizations Excellence
Long-time Advisory Board Member Richard Hagerty and long-time Salvation Army Leader Commissioner Joe Noland wrote the good work before you. They have collaborated to present us with a definitive approach to the successful functioning of Advisory Boards, all advantages to The Salvation Army mission.
Commissioner Jim Knaggs
Retired Salvation Army Leader
In their own inimitable styles, Joe and Dick have worked their collective magic to offer valued wisdom, experience, and a treasure trove of ideas to volunteers who serve The Salvation Army through advisory boards, councils, and auxiliaries. With their passion for excellence and hearts for service, these two creative minds offer up golden nuggets for even the most experienced volunteers. Well done!
Marlene Klotz Collins
Phoenix, AZ Advisory Board
National Advisory Board
Wow, what a page-turner. I loved the book, perhaps because based on my personal experiences I could directly relate to the subject at every level. I think this book would be invaluable to anyone introduced to an advisory board. The interplay between Dick and Joe is unique and brings this book to life.
