The Maeven came as strangers. Centuries later, their secrets may undo them.
Strangers came to Homa, wielding magic to raise a vast stone academy from the earth. From within its walls, the Maeven trained their young, sending them into the world as teachers, healers, and guides. Over the centuries, the people of Homa embraced their presence, even sending their own children to the Academy to learn the ways of magic.
But now whispers of discontent grow louder. Students suspect the Maeven are keeping secrets—denying them the true breadth of their power. As curiosity turns to rebellion, the Academy stands on the edge of change… and the balance between trust and betrayal could decide Homa’s future.
