Sami and Susha learn about the ancient gospel account 'written' in the stars in this children's story, as retold by Grandfather. A beautifully illustrated book, it is intended to first be read with a parent or an adult. Above Our Heads recounts a possible version of the gospel story written in the stars. Before the invention of writing, the heavenly constellations passed along God's plan of salvation and redemption to earthly star viewers, according to some scholars' point of view. Their imagery reveal the life and purpose of The Coming One. Children learn about many constellations and earlier meanings of several star names.
