"A Zombie For Mommy!" is a fun and quirky read by American SciFi novelist Yvette Kendall. Her story peeks into the whimsical lives of a sweet 1st grader named Mahari, and her newly divorced mom. Mahari's life is happily filled with imaginary friends but feels a little sad when her mom gets lonely. However, she's met a surprising new (not so imaginary friend), that she thinks will change her mom's life for the better. In her mind, they're a perfect match...but her mom may not think so? In this book, Kendall refers to her style of writing as "Cotton Candy Horror", because of it's cute and surprising delivery. She's found a perfect way to bring happy goosebumps to younger audiences that love Zombies.
