With this highly personal and inspirational memoir, author Merrijoy Kelner invites her readers to sit down with her in some quiet, comfy corner and be regaled with stories of her long and fascinating life-complete with great loves, tragic losses, and dreams successfully pursued that she never could have imagined for herself when she was a little girl growing up in Toronto in the 1920s and '30s.
A story of countless challenges faced, and unimaginable heartbreaks survived, through the power of perseverance and positivity, A Zest for Life is an eye-opening reminder of the wisdom, insight, and perspective that can only truly be gleaned by taking the time to actually listen to those among us who've lived longer than we have and experienced far more than most.
