"What you will need to succeed in this field and welding in general is the "Figure It Out" Factor. You will continually run into situations that will not have a clear cut or written answer. When you are in a stare down with one of these you will have to assess, ponder the options, pick the avenue you will take, and GO! You will quickly find that the longer you take getting to go, the more the project will drag out. And ultimately the project needs to be completed before you get paid. As you grow in experience, and trial and error, you will be better equipped to face troubling situations
