Veronica thought that she was a Very Important Person. She wanted her birthday to become a holiday so she could have her birthday party on her actual birthday. She went to her teacher, the principal and even the mayor to ask, but they all said no. But Veronica didn’t give up, even if her friend Carol thought that she was being very stuck-up and very silly!
