These hymns, litanies, prayers, and meditations provide material for three hours of Good Friday worship for any denomination. Based on the Seven Last Words of Christ spoken from the Cross, the material could be adapted for any time during the season of Lent or Holy Week. Our listening to the seven last words from the cross is enhanced by the crisp and clear rhythmic verses of Dexter Moser. Both poetry and prayers are powerful purveyors of Good Friday's salvation drama... Take, use, adapt and enjoy this rich resource.
