Haunted by blurry flashbacks he can't escape, retired police officer Arsalan Wani finds solace in his old coping mechanism: painting under the eerie glow of a streetlight in a park at midnight. His life is disrupted when he keeps running into his colleague Julie Chen, a single mother whose husband died in mysterious circumstances. Worried about his future, Arsalan's mother arranges the two in a marriage. Just as they begin to fall in love, their newfound peace is shattered. Both of them are faced with choices to make when they uncover each other's dark pasts and truths like why Arsalan really retired and what happened the night Julie's husband died. Will Arsalan be able to stop his life from falling apart after finding out who killed Henry Chen? Will Julie leave when she finds out what he knows?
