"I have ambivalent feelings towards it, as you know. It was like a period piece, but it wasn't - a drawing room comedy taken to the nth degree" - Julie Moran The internationally critically-acclaimed dramatic comedy, A Tale of Good Fortune, comes to print for the first time. It is the heart-breaking true story of one lone butler attempting to lay his hands on the substantial Bayter fortune - something he insists is rightfully his. "Verging on edgy" - Ben Pictor This text acts as a time-capsule of a seasonally appropriate presentation of this play, performed on Wednesday 21st December 2016. Created by Kingsley Walker. Developed by Sam Hughes and Daniel Gaskin. "A funny, rude and very well acted show; a delight to watch. Showcased the skill and versatility of a young and exceptionally handsome actor/playwright" - Mallies
