This book is a brief outline of my life. Through my battles with drug addiction and visits to prison both here in the U.K and mainly my visit to prison in Jamaica. This was not without problems, as you can imagine being a white man locked up in a predominantly black third world country. More importantly this book is about change and how change can happen if you want it to. Hope can be found in the strangest places. Hope blossoms from change and I can show you that no matter where you find yourself in life you have the ability to change as I did. This is by no means easy,
