A woman with fame and fortune witnesses a miracle that makes her want to discover a purpose beyond herself. Will she risk everything to find it? Cashlin leads a charmed life as one of the twenty Patrons of Regalia. Her job is to show off new products created especially for her. The Favored-the consumers-vote on their favorites, and they are put into production. Cashlin is so good at her job that she's been the Premier Patron for three quarters in a row. Besides the status, she gets the adulation of the Favored, and the best and biggest house-at least until the creative process starts over again. The Cycle of Regalia is never ending. No one has ever tested the system... Until Cashlin sees a miracle that makes her wonder if there's something more to life than the newest item to sell; something deep and meaningful, a purpose beyond herself. Her revelation, her curiosity, and her bold actions are not met without conflict, yet they change Regalia forever.
