This book is a complete guide to creating a group of a cappella singers to minister during the Christmas season. Compelling reasons are provided for such a group to represent the local church in addition to or instead of other much-used celebrations of the season (such as cantatas). The author walks you through every step of the process, from presenting the idea to your church to selecting your participants, setting up your program, locating costumes, and making your first appearance. A companion volume, Scripts and Stories for Christmas Carolers, is also available for further help.
