Do you remember the moment you glimpsed the life you were meant to embrace? The dazzling burst of hope and freedom through the cracks of your conditioning and limitations? That moment when you see something about your life, your situation, another person - and it can never be unseen? That is the wilding moment: when life shifts, and changes forever. This is the story of how one woman found her own wilding on a quest in the high desert of New Mexico. It is the story of how she shared that moment with women across the world, and how those women discovered their own wilding moments, writing and sharing their stories, meeting up online, growing themselves and each other. And it is a rich set of very practical wilding tools, practices and ideas. "I don't have to make myself small anymore."
