A Healthy Mind is Hard to Find is a book of poetry written over many years and though many emotional events. These poems are written from the point of view of the inner child who desperately needs to be heard. Each poem is a real event that this little girl lived though and grew from. She brings each memory to life from within the adult whose job is now to keep her safe and secure as the journey though life together. Join her while she travels through time and understand how C-PTSD can develop and the consequences that follow.
