Every day and every night,
I go on my knees and pray,
Thanking God for another day,
Asking God to lead and guide my way ... Raynell Richards is a poet who is passionate about empowering others to pursue a personal relationship with God, just as he has. In his first collection of poetry, Richards shares verse inspired by his Christian faith and love for God. As he explores poverty, salvation, love, prayer, and the possibility of a second coming, he reminds others of the beauty in the world God created, encourages the integration of the poems into daily devotion and Bible study, and shares an introspective look into his own relationship with God. A Gift from God, Part One shares poems that reflect on one man's Christian journey as he embraces God's unconditional love and reminds others of God's power to comfort, bring joy, and ultimately transform lives.
