In a sleepy village nestled between golden fields and distant city lights, Ayoub spends his days helping his mother tend their modest farm. Each morning, he pulls a small cart of fresh milk and eggs to the market, trading with Old Ahmad, a perceptive merchant who notices the boy's fascination with the paintings in a nearby gallery.
One day, Ahmad gifts Ayoub a canvas and paints—an act of kindness that ignites a quiet revolution in the boy's heart. Though his first drawings are simple, they carry an inexplicable warmth that stirs emotions in everyone who sees them. As Ayoub's talent blossoms, so does his confidence, revealing a universal truth: great beauty often lies in humble beginnings.
A Feather and A Drawing is a lyrical ode to self-discovery, the ripple effects of generosity, and the extraordinary magic of ordinary hands. With its gentle pacing and poignant observations, this novel invites readers to believe—like Ayoub—that even a single stroke of paint can redefine a life.
