Spirituality is not a path that only a few people can travel, nor is it something that only a few can understand. It is not full of very complex philosophies and teachings. For that, we need to understand the attachments we have for unstable things. If understood, it is very easy to get rid of them and we need an honesty within ourselves. This is possible for everyone. ஆன்மீகம் என்பது யாரோ சிலர் மட்டுமே பயணிக்க முடிந்த பாதை அல்ல யாரோ ஒரு சிலரால் மட்டுமே புரிந்து கொள்ளக்கூடிய விஷயமும் அல்ல. மிக சிக்கலான தத்துவங்களும்,போதனைகளும் நிறைந்ததும் அல்ல. இந்தப் பிரபஞ்சமே ஓர் அற்புதம். அதன் சீரான இயக்கம்ஒரு பேரற்புதம். அதை நாம் புரிந்து கொண்டால் இங்கு ஏதோ ஒரு சக்தி அல்லது தன்மைஇதற்கெல்லாம் காரணமாக உள்ளது என்பது புரிந்துவிடும். எனில் இந்தக் குறுகிய வாழ்க்கைக்குப் பிறகு நாம் நிரந்தரமான ஒன்றைத் தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்ற எண்ணம்வந்து விட்டால் அதுவே ஆன்மீகம். அதற்கு நிலையற்ற விஷயங்கள் மீது நாம் வைத்திருக்கும் பற்றுகளைப் புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். புரிந்து கொண்டால் அவற்றிலிருந்து விடுபடுவது மிகவும் சுலபம் .அதற்கு நமக்குள் ஒரு நேர்மை வேண்டும்.தெளிவு வேண்டும். மனதில் தூய்மை வேண்டும். விடாமுயற்சி வேண்டும் .அவ்வளவே… இவற்றைக் கொண்டு குருவின் அருளைப் பெற வேண்டும்.. இதுஅனைவருக்கும் சாத்தியமே.
