The character of God is revealed throughout His Holy Word. This daily devotional is a one-year journey through the Psalms, Proverbs and New Testament that explores the greatness of the Lord whom we serve. His Word is our guide and the more time we spend in it, the closer we draw to Him. The Psalms and Proverbs provide instruction and insight into how best to live for Him, and the New Testament is the story of Jesus Christ and His purpose for coming to earth to set all men and women free from the grip of sin. As you take time each day to read and meditate upon a verse, and delve further into its meaning and application to your life, may you come to know Him as you have never known Him before. Our Lord is the great conductor in the orchestra of life. Each instrument has a unique sound and purpose. When they are played together, it produces a sweet-sounding harmony. He is our conductor in life's journey, and we are His instruments. When we follow His lead, we are in perfect harmony. It is my prayer that all who read the pages of this devotional will draw closer to the Lord and discover who they are meant to be in Him.
