How many times have we questioned why our day did not go as planned? We had everything in place and something or someone altered the way it played out. Did we feel powerless? Did we feel like this may happen again? It is something we do not want to feel, not once, not ever. There has to be a way to not only have a game plan to approach each social scenario, but to use this strategy on a consistent basis. there is something however, it is energy. We are energy and when we see ourselves as this, we can channel the proper feelings and release the unnecessary one that drag us down. It is vital to know that controlling this energy is what will allow us to remain in the driver's seat throughout every moment of our day.
