This book was written so that ALL women could access the information necessary to exercise autonomy over their birth experience and health as fertile women. It is intended as a compliment Nanu's class on Freebirth. This book was written as a response to demand from active participants in a budding freebirth community for black women. It is non-fiction, intended for educational purposes, and should not be mistaken for medical advice. This work is the result of self-study, independent research, professional experimentation, and solution-focused discussions with other trusted professionals in the fields of medicine, holistic health, midwifery, religion, and other related fields.
